HR Executive - Part-Time, Fixed term - 9 Months
MCS Group is partnering with a leading non-profit organisation in Belfast to recruit an HR Partner, on a part-time and fixed-term basis, of 22.5 hours per week for 9 months. This is a fantastic opportunity for HR professionals looking to join a reputable organisation.
The Role:
Supporting the Head of HR and wider team, you will manage HR operations, assist in strategy development, and provide guidance on best practices and employment legislation across NI.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in HR strategy development, including recruitment, training, and employee relations.
* Provide HR support on performance management, disciplinary and grievance cases, absence management, and succession planning.
* Develop, review, and update HR policies and employment terms in line with legal requirements.
* Advise on recruitment and selection processes, including participating in interview panels.
* Deliver HR reports on key metrics such as turnover, recruitment, and absence management.
* Manage complex employee relations cases end to end, and ensure accurate reporting to the Head of HR throughout.
The Ideal Candidate:
* CIPD Associate Membership (level 5)
* Proven HR experience in the Not for Profit industry.
* Experience handling complex Employee Relations, including disciplinary cases.
* Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
What’s on Offer?
* Salary: £32k- £39k.
