Job Title: Assistant Headteacher
Salary: Upto £55,000 per annum - dependent onexperience
Location: NewBarn School, Newbury, Berkshire
Contract: PermanentTerm Time Only
Hours: 40hours per week, Monday to Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm including 1x 5pmfinish

About therole
We are looking for an AssistantHeadteacher with a strong background in any of the following areas, Behaviour and Attitudes, Quality Of Education or PersonalDevelopment. The successful candidate will be passionate aboutbuilding secure relationships with young people and will have theability to motivate and develop staff in a team which prides itselfas being collaborative and supportive.
The Assistant Headteacherwill:
* Be aninspirational teacher looking to develop thecurriculum.

* UK QTSor equivalent
* Experience ofworking with a multi-professional team
