The Job

They’re ideators of easy to use, information rich resources across our whole platform who - along with Analytics teams - get to the ‘why’ in order to create unrivaled user experiences. As a Senior Product Manager for the Subscription Value of Flo, you’ll be crucial in optimising our subscription offerings as we begin to explore more complex revenue mechanics and tiers of subscription. You’ll be determining the features to include in our freemium, tiered, and premium add-on packages, as well as developing, preparing and testing subscription bundles, collaborating across teams to integrate these features into Flos new premium product strategy. You’ll work autonomously and collaboratively with Marketing Managers, UX specialists, Product Designers, Analysts, Content and Engineering teams, managing the roadmap, contributing to the company’s goals, and making data-informed decisions to drive user experience, trials, subscriptions and LTV.
Your Experience
Must have:
1. Demonstrated experience in product management working with mobile technology products in the B2C space.
2. Proven experience developing and implementing subscription or freemium models.
3. Strong understanding of feature segmentation and the ability to determine feature value for those different user segments.
4. Demonstrated experience in defining and analysing user willingness to pay for different features and segments.
5. Experience with preparing A/B testing and other methodologies for experimentation around the optimisation of subscription packages, B2C offerings, and upsell mechanics.
6. Experience using quantitative and qualitative insights to make data-driven product decisions.
7. Demonstrated ability to handle ambiguity and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
8. Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
What youll be doing
Youll be responsible for:
1. Assessing and determining which features should be included as freemium, tier 1, or tier 2 premium add-ons.
2. Preparing, testing, and refining subscription packages and bundles to maximise value and engagement.
3. Building a strategy for the team aligned with the companys vision.
4. Managing clear, thoughtful product requirements and feature descriptions to help teams work efficiently and effectively.
5. Leading the team in establishing initiatives that are set and measured as part of the company OKR process.
6. Partnering with content product teams to understand the needs of the different segments and cover the needs holistically across all segments.
7. Defining the willingness to pay for different features across user segments.
8. Collaborating with onboarding, growth UX, and promotional teams to deliver and enhance the premium offering strategy.
9. Analysing data and user feedback to improve and adapt the subscription value proposition continuously.
10. Applying a combination of qualitative and quantitative approaches, customer understanding, and product intuition to inform your decisions and approach.
11. Being a reliable and proactive member of an established team.
Salary Range:
Lithuania - Starting from €7200 gross per month. UK - Starting from £105,000 per year.
Ranges may vary depending on your skills, competencies and experience.
