About the role:
Adult Social Care services nationwide are preparing for a new CQC inspection framework - reviewing the quality and outcomes of service provision. This role will be instrumental in overseeing and driving forward our Adult Social Care Inspection readiness programme, building on work already underway. You'll work closely with a variety of key stakeholders across relevant council services and partner organisations to ensure everyone is clear on the work to be done and to help unblock barriers to progress. You'll lead this complex work programme effectively and through a period of changing requirements and priorities as the new approach to inspection evolves following consultation.
About you:
You'll be enthusiastic, capable of driving and managing multi-faceted programmes of work and have a track record of improving practice and service delivery in a relevant field. You'll have extensive experience and/or knowledge of Adult Social Care services and have a solid understanding of what 'good' looks like.
