The History Department
The History department is centred around making the subject accessible and enjoyable for all students through the use of a carefully-crafted curriculum which intertwines core historical knowledge with opportunities to practice historical skills. The department consists of highly-experienced practitioners who have a broad range of roles across the whole school but who are all dedicated to delivering responsive and creative lessons for all. The department follows the AQA GCSE History specification comprising of 4 topics including the American west and a study of Health over time.
