Customer Care Coordinator - New Build Housing
Location: Tiverton
I am working with a highly reputable house building company to strengthen their team by recruiting an experienced Customer Care Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
1. Be the first point of contact for all enquiries
2. Respond to all customer queries within a timely manner
3. Assess validity of warranty claims and defects
4. Schedule appointments for technicians
5. Order materials / obtain quotations
6. Collate property information packs
7. Provide required reports and analysis as required
8. Provide additional ad-hoc support to the department as required
Key Requirements
1. Experience within a similar role is ESSENTIAL; experience in construction, particularly house building or maintenance, is advantageous
2. Must be a competent user of Microsoft 365 software and Microsoft Access
3. Must have a valid UK driving licence and use of own vehicle
4. Able to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines and targets
Benefits of the Role
1. Competitive salary depending on experience, circa £28,000
2. 1 day working from home, at management's discretion
3. 25 days annual leave excluding bank holidays
