Job Opportunity: Project Liaison Officer
Join Nottingham City Council as a Project Liaison Officer (PLO) in a fixed-term contract / secondment opportunity for 12 months. This is a hybrid worker role, working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 8:30 am to 4:50 pm.

About the Role
The PLO will serve as the main contact for tenants, providing guidance and coordinating within the Support Services section of the Planned and Replacements team. Responsibilities include liaising with customers regarding investment plans, attending corporate events, investigating customer inquiries, and reporting findings to the Project Manager.
About You
The ideal candidate will possess:
1. Proven ability to work independently in a pressurized environment
2. Experience in developing and maintaining high-quality service delivery within a value-for-money framework
3. Knowledge and experience of using IT as an analytical tool
4. Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of presenting information clearly and concisely
