You will be working for SecuriCare (Medical) Limited, a Home Delivery Service for stoma products. As part of a friendly team, you will provide administrative support for our Patient Services Team. This busy and varied role involves all aspects of administration, including processing prescriptions, matching orders, generating letters, setting up patients on the system, speaking with surgeries, matching invoices to prescriptions, and various month-end procedures. You will be keen to progress your career into customer services.
You will behave in a professional manner at all times and build professional relationships with customers that enhance the Company’s quality image.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Processing daily electronic and paper prescriptions
* Creating new orders for patients
* Sorting the post
* Liaising with surgeries (via phone and email) for prescription queries
* Liaising with nurses (via phone and email) regarding setting up new patients onto the database
* Updating patients' cutting requirements for their supplies
* Filling and cleansing prescriptions
* Logging email responses and email orders to the Patient Support Team
* Matching invoices to prescriptions
* Month-end procedures
* Working to targets set by the Patient Administration Team Leader
* Supporting all Patient Services teams with routine administration tasks
* Performing other duties as may be reasonably requested by the Team Leader

Position: Patient Services Administrator - 2 x part-time roles (3 and 4 days)
Location: Loudwater, High Wycombe, HP10 9QY
Part Time: 3 days per week (22.5 hours) - Monday to Wednesday, 9.00am to 5.00pm with half an hour for lunch, and 4 days per week (30 hours) - Tuesday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm with half an hour for lunch.
