The Role: SEMH Support Worker- Primary Schools - Croydon
As a Teaching Assistant supporting students with SEMH needs, you will be an integral part of our school community, working closely with both the teaching staff and children to ensure that all pupils feel safe, valued, and supported in their learning journey. You will assist in providing tailored interventions, offer emotional and behavioural support, and help create a positive, structured environment where students with SEMH can succeed.

1. Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with SEMH needs in both academic and social settings.
2. Support the development and implementation of individualized behaviour plans and learning strategies.
