A rapidly fast-growing York based business is seeking a temporary Assistant Management Accountant to join their finance team. You will be joining a busy team in a fast-paced office and be supporting with Sales Ledger tasks as well as month-end work to support the management accountant.
Duties will include:
1. Raising sales invoices
2. Monitoring outstanding invoices and following up on overdue payments to maintain cash flow.
3. Customer account reconciliation.
4. Owning aged debt report
5. Updating KPI report on a weekly basis
6. Month-end journals & recharges
To be successful in this role the following will be a distinct advantage:
1. Communication and interpersonal skills.
2. IT skills, including experience with Sage and CRM systems.
