Responsibilities:
1. Over the phone troubleshooting.
2. Liaising with customers and engineers.
3. Supporting spare parts ordering.
4. Problem solving in a fast and efficient manner.
5. Ability to work with minimal supervision or guidance.
6. Provide excellent after sales support and fast response to customers in line with companies SLA’s.
7. Efficiently input data and update company CRM.
8. Communicate efficiently in a professional manner.
Requirements:
1. Basic IT knowledge.
2. Customer service experience.
3. CRM knowledge an advantage.
4. Ability to work with minimal supervision or guidance.

Pay:
£23,500.00-£24,000.00 per year
