Site Administrator
Job Summary
Site Administrator (FTC for 15 months)
Location: Imerys - Fal Valley Pits & Refiner, Melbur Office, Meledor - St Stephen, St Austell, PL26 7SB
Hours of work: 37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday (between the hours of 7am and 4pm)
Salary: Up to £26,000 per annum, depending on experience

The job role
Working within the Site & Procurement Team, you will provide efficient and effective administration support to Plant Management Team, administering procurement activities.
The main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Personnel and Payroll input
* Raising purchase orders
* Stock management and procurement of site consumables, including chemicals
* Inventory admin
* Ensuring that required training and medicals across the site are recorded and organised
* Month End and Reporting

You will:
Have a background of working within Admin or Payroll, with experience of working within a fast-paced environment.
The right candidate will:
* Have GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English
* Be organised and able to multi-task
* Have excellent communication skills and be a real people person
* Be proficient in the use of IT, ideally having used SAP and Google Drive previously
* Work collaboratively within a team
