The Employment Group provides expert legal services to blue-chip companies, SMEs, and senior individuals across a diverse range of sectors, including media, financial services, and professional services. The team advises on all aspects of employment law, from contentious disputes in the Employment Tribunals and High Court to advisory work on day-to-day HR issues, restructurings, and executive exits. The team also has particular expertise in collective redundancies, TUPE, and high-value discrimination and whistleblowing claims.
The successful candidate will gain hands-on experience working with industry-leading partners and handling a varied caseload spanning advisory, transactional, and litigation work. Candidate Requirements:
* 1 – 4 PQE with experience in employment law, gained at a reputable firm.
* Strong technical skills, with experience advising both employers and employees.
* A keen interest in working with clients in the media, creative, and financial sectors.
* Excellent communication and client management skills.
* A proactive and commercially minded approach to problem-solving.
