Our client is currently seeking a Senior Planning Officer to join their team on a contract basis. This role requires extensive expertise in Development Management and Town Planning.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing small scale major projects, complex minor applications, and intricate householders
Preparing and presenting detailed planning reports
Providing expert planning advice and recommendations
Leading site visits and consultations with stakeholders
Ensuring that all planning applications are processed efficiently and accurately
Demonstrating high performance through the successful management of planning projects
Working independently and confidently to deliver project outcomes
Job Requirements:
Significant experience in Development Management and Town Planning
Proven track record of handling small scale majors and complex minor applications
Ability to work independently with confidence
Excellent communication and report writing skills
Meticulous attention to detail and strong decision-making abilities
