We are recruiting for a Lead Generation Specialist for a company based in Aylesbury. Salary is dependant on experience and there is also a competitive bonus scheme. Hybrid working is available and can be flexible around you! For days when you are in the office, the company is close to the train station in the town centre; however, there is no parking on site. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity, 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday.
Duties will include:
* Identifying sales leads via email campaigns, social media, and via the telephone.
* Building solid relationships by initiating introductions and follow-up communication.
* Preparing and analysing dashboard and sales pipeline reports.
* Planning and carrying out mailing campaigns to target clients.
* Creating marketing materials including newsletters and brochures.
* Executing product demonstrations and pitches to potential clients.
* Keeping up to date with and providing feedback on market trends and pricing strategies.
* Attending industry trade shows and networking events to explore opportunities.
You will be required to have proven sales experience with a strong understanding of CRM and campaign management. Travelling will be part of the role, requiring you to attend events and client meetings.
Relationship building and communication are key in this role, something that will come naturally to an experienced sales person, including the ability to negotiate and drive direction with clients and relationships. You must be able to make informed decisions and assist with key sales and business growth.
