Project Manager – Civil Engineering & Maintenance Location: Falkirk (Hybrid Working)
Salary: £35,000 - £50,000 DOE + Company Vehicle + Benefits

Lead High-Profile Projects: Take charge of impactful contracts like the Scottish Power Energy Networks (SPEN) framework and Strathclyde University infrastructure projects, delivering transformative civil engineering and maintenance work.
Oversee All Aspects of Project Success: Manage operational tasks, commercial planning (budgeting and financial tracking), and client relationships, ensuring smooth execution and alignment of all project elements.
Scope and plan works with a sharp focus on safety, quality, and budget adherence, delivering excellence in tasks like transformer fencing, waterproofing, and campus infrastructure improvements.
Proven background in Civil Engineering, Facilities Management, Construction, or Utilities, with a strong understanding of project workflows in one or more of these sectors.
Commercial expertise – budgeting, financial tracking, and cost control experience.
Ideally, you hold formal qualifications such as an HNC, HND, or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Project Management, or possess equivalent experience.
