What You’ll Be Doing You’ll be motivating and supporting your team to respond to all queries coming in, this could be anything from processing invoices to mail merges, ordering PPE to answering queries. No two days will be the same. As a team you’ll work at pace with quick turnaround times, and you’ll be bringing the team together to get the best out of them and provide an excellent customer service experience to the business. You’ll work in partnership with the whole development team and the purchase ledger team in finance. You’ll be leading the Development & Sales admin team and the team typically work remotely and use Microsoft Teams to keep in touch, so you’ll always have someone to bounce ideas off and know that you can support each other. About You You’ll share your administrative experience with the team and be a confident user of the Microsoft office suite, especially Excel as you’ll be looking at data entry and databases frequently. The work is varied and fast paced so you’ll be able to meet tight deadlines, whilst managing the workloads effectively. You’ll be motivational and flexible in your approach to work and be committed to looking for new ways of working and improvements. You’ll be leading a team remotely, so you’ll be supporting from a distance and coming up with creative ways to engage and motivate the team. There is a requirement for monthly travel to Frome and other areas in line with the business need. The team will sometimes meet in Salisbury, Andover or Devizes, so you’ll need a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes and will be happy to travel.
