More about your role
You will ensure all Income for the Group is accounted for on an accurate and timely basis. You will input a variety of data quickly and accurately onto in-house computer systems.
You should have excellent communication skills to handle inbound queries.
You will be responsible for the payments coming into the business, this will include processing direct debits, high volume payments which are low value and managing missing payments.
More about you
You must have the ability to communicate effectively with peers, other team members and colleagues from the wider Group.
It is essential that you have experience within Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable of two years plus.
We require someone that has excellent organisational skills, coupled with good I.T. skills and a sound understanding of Microsoft office packages.
The ideal candidate will have some basic financial awareness and previous experience record keeping in an administrative position. The ability to follow systems and processes are essential.
To be successful in this role you will need to have attention to detail, you will be required to work as a team and independently.
