Job Details
* Providing strong leadership and hands on support for relevant regulatory requirements across the motor and home claims and anti-fraud areas.
* Identifying regulatory risk and changes, with agreed plans for respective activities needed to mitigate and meet these requirements.
* Driving the Quality and Control programme, ensuring that we have the right quality and controls in place, operating consistently and effectively as designed.
* Ensuring we have appropriate and effective governance and assurance in place, providing clear visibility, oversight and management.
* Responsibility for the continued delivery of 1st line risk, control, compliance, governance and assurance.
* Leading the department contributions or submissions for any regulatory responses within required timelines.
Skills we would love you to have
* Strong experience working within an FCA regulated environment - ideally general insurance/broking/insurer compliance.
* Experience of leading teams to implement and manage compliance and control frameworks.
* Confidence to engage with various stakeholders at all levels, with the ability to influence and drive change.
