Randstad is seeking qualified KS1 teachers to work in Lancaster Primary Schools. These roles are term-time only, temporary contracts but have the potential to become permanent in September 2024 for the right candidate. All available positions will be discussed with you, and you will be matched accordingly based on your experience and skill set.

Your Responsibilities as a KS1 Teacher includes:
1. Ability to communicate with and encourage children with additional needs.
2. Dedicated interest in children's education and creating the best learning environment.
3. Positive outlook and attitude.
4. Knowledge of various teaching methods.
5. Good organisational and verbal communication skills.

Essential requirements:
27. Relevant qualifications (PGCE, QTS etc.)
28. High knowledge of the KS1 national curriculum.
29. Classroom experience.
30. Two references from the last 5 years (1 must be a full child-based safeguarding reference)
