Support the classroom teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
Work with small groups or individual students to reinforce learning and provide additional support.
Help manage classroom behaviour and create a positive, inclusive learning environment.
Assist in preparing learning materials and classroom resources.
Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback where necessary.
Support the overall development of students, both academically and personally.Essential Requirements:
A recognised teaching assistant qualification (Level 2, Level 3, or equivalent).
Previous experience working as a teaching assistant in a primary school setting.
A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their learning.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work as part of a team and demonstrate flexibility in your approach.
