We are looking for someone to lead, develop and manage the marketing andmunications strategy for iGolf and iPlay, our digital platforms designed for non-club members with a focus on improving reach and driving growth and engagement. With over 47,000 current iGolf subscribers and a new iPlay audience, your challenge will be to craft strategies to grow and retain these audiences.Your Role:Strategic Vision and Brand Leadership:
1. Lead the creation and execution of marketing andmunication strategies that enhance brand equity and broaden our reach.
2. Work in tandem with the Head of iGolf/iPlay to develop and activate initiatives that drive subscriber growth and retention.
3. Plan and execute a diverse array of externalmunications and social media campaigns, collaborating closely with the Marketing andmunications Officer.
4. Develop thought leadership content that advances the iGolf and iPlay brands, ensuring alignment with subscriber and user targets.
Content Creation and Management:
5. Oversee the production of high-quality content for our emailmunications and newsletters.
6. Coordinate with agencies to deliver a paid digital advertising strategy focused on acquisition and engagement.
Insight and Analysis:
7. Produce detailed reports and analyses for the Senior Management Team and Board to inform strategic decisions.
8. Manage the design and production of promotional materials, working with themunications team and graphic designers.
Digital Channel Oversight:
9. Oversee and manage all iGolf digital channels, to ensure content is creative, engaging, and conversion-focused.
10. Foster ongoing relationships with external developers, creative and digital agencies, and other partners to support growth.
Research and Reporting:
11. Undertake market research andpile reports to guide strategy and evaluate the effectiveness ofmunication efforts.
12. Manage website content, optimising for search engine performance and ensuring consistency across digital channels.

Package Details:The base salary for the role is up to £40,000 along with an excellent benefits package including:
