As a 2nd-Line Support Engineer, you’ll play a key role in the ongoing support of IT systems. Your responsibilities will include: Setting up and configuring desktops, laptops, and mobile devices. Managing Active Directory (DNS, DHCP, GPO) and maintaining system security. Providing expert support across Exchange, Office 365, and tools like Teams, Planner, and SharePoint. Supporting large infrastructure projects and handling IT support tickets efficiently. Key Skills & Experience: Strong experience with Active Directory (including DNS, DHCP, GPO). Skills in software and hardware installation & configuration. Exchange & Office 365 expertise (Teams, Planner, SharePoint). Proficiency in maintaining system security and device management. Excellent IT support ticket management experience. Desirable Qualifications: CompTIA A, CompTIA Network or Security qualifications. Exposure to SQL and ITILv3. MCDST certification.
