As the Digital Workstream Lead, you will draw in digital innovation and align with practical technical awareness to optimise healthcare processes and patient care. The role involves collaborating on innovative plans for changing the way care is delivered, integrating digital technologies into scheme design, and setting standards ensure reliable IT infrastructure will support the Trust's digital initiatives and future growth. Your expertise will ensure the programme meets the highest standards of governance, public accountability, and quality benchmarks, delivering substantial benefits to the community.
Main duties of the job
1. Lead the planning, development and budgeting of a digital innovation workstream to support working differently in the new Hinchingbrooke Hospital site.
2. Draw on design plans to ensure a scalable IT infrastructure to support the Trust's digital initiatives and future growth.
3. Define IT requirements to meet the scheme model of care for Hospital
4. Integrate innovative digital technologies into scheme design, planning, and operations for increased efficiency and enhanced patient care. Robotic Process Automation, Medical Device Integration, Artificial Intelligence
5. Work proactively and collaboratively with senior management up to Executive level, and alongside other workstream leads to align digital needs with wider requirements.
6. Lead the procurement of large-scale digital services, managing relationships and contracts with suppliers.

19. Develop and implement project plans and schedules.
20. Oversee the procurement of resources and services.
Job Duties:
21. Establish and maintain programme management office processes, documentation, and meetings.
22. Develop a scheme dashboard to provide a real-time one truth picture including the management of dependencies.
23. Ensure workstream leads have appropriate project and programme documentation.
24. Produce regular project updates for the Programme Board and relevant stakeholders.
