You will be joining a specialist interiors contractor based in Derby who specialise in commercial fitout and refurbishments. Their services range from partitions & ceilings, furniture & seating, floor coverings, washrooms, kitchens & canteens, acoustics and more. This multi-accredited contractor works for the likes of the NHS, Rolls Royce, Nottingham City Council and more. Due to continued growth, they are looking for an experienced Project Manager in the interiors sector to join their team.
Your new role
1. Manage commercial Fit Out projects.
2. Oversee day-to-day work on site.
3. Ensure compliance with client and company requirements during construction.
4. Implement Health & Safety Procedures, including site inspections.
5. Maintain project reporting and planning.
6. Align work with project strategy.
7. Demonstrate effective communication across all levels.
8. Collaborate with the commercial team.
9. Handle site administration, health & safety, and general upkeep.
10. Uphold a strong work ethic to meet deadlines.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, you will have previous experience as a project manager working on commercial fitout and refurbishment projects. This could be anything from partitions and ceilings, flooring, lighting, furniture and more.
What you'll get in return
In return, you will receive a salary up to £60,000 (DOE) + benefits.
