We're looking for a Procurement and Facilities Administrator to join a growing projects team in Leicester. This is a great opportunity for someone who's proactive, detail-oriented, and keen to be part of a fast-moving business.
Our client is a leading provider of energy solutions, managing supply and installation projects for businesses across the UK. Role Responsibilities
1. Maintain supply chain systems for planning and reporting.
2. Ensure ethical, compliant procurement.
3. Manage supplier selection, evaluation, and contracts.
4. Oversee engineer training and health and safety compliance.
5. Lead internal health and safety training.
6. Conduct site audits and issue RAMS.
7. Ensure compliance with CDM 2015 as Principal Contractor.
8. Investigate and document incidents.
9. Manage vehicle and equipment servicing.
10. Ensure staff have appropriate PPE.
Skills & Qualifications Required
1. Strong communication skills at all levels.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
3. Minimum Grade 5 GCSE in English and Maths.
4. IOSH/NEBOSH qualifications (preferred but not essential).
5. Experience in procurement and contract negotiation.
6. Problem-solving and solution implementation skills.
7. Knowledge of health and safety legislation and best practices.
8. Knowledge of building construction and associated trades (desirable).
