Head Housekeeper for Holly Grange House in Nuneaton
We are currently recruiting for a Head Housekeeper for a home that is comfortable, cosy and kept to a high standard of cleanliness, where our residents feel at home and love to live. As our Head Housekeeper, you will be instrumental in making their home a place they are happy to live in and welcome their families and friends.
You will lead and supervise the housekeeping and laundry teams to ensure the home meets the highest standards of hospitality and cleanliness at all times, liaising with residents about the best times to clean their rooms. You will ensure residents and their families and friends don’t want for anything and that the housekeeping of the home runs smoothly 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
The post holder must maintain standards as required in adherence to the Company’s policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with infection control and Health and Safety procedures.
You must have the following qualifications
* NVQ L2 in Housekeeping (willing to work towards it) Health & Safety level 2 (willing to work towards it).
* Knowledge of COSHH requirements and Infection control.
* Basic Education including English and Maths.
We are looking for someone with the following experience
* Previous cleaning experience.
We are looking for someone with the following technical skills
* To understand and ability to adhere to infection control, health and safety/COSHH guidelines.
* Proven communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Proven ability to organise priorities.
