Job Title: HR Advisor
Location: Brighton
Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum (pro rata to P/T hours)

Our client, a leading organisation in their field, is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Advisor to join their team. You will be responsible for providing high level HR support and guidance to the organisation, ensuring a positive work environment and promoting employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with managers and employees to provide expert advice on HR policies and procedures
Manage the recruitment and retention process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Collaborate with the payroll team to ensure accurate and timely reporting
Contribute to the development and revision of employment policies and procedures
Assist in the implementation of employee health and safety initiatives
Provide training and development opportunities to enhance employee skills and knowledge
Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and grievance procedures
Promote employee wellbeing through various programmes and initiativesQualifications:
Proven experience as an HR Advisor or similar role
Excellent knowledge of HR practises and employment legislation
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build effective relationships
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
High level of attention to detail and organisational skills
Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite
