Job summary Not much happens across our Trusts without the support of the Communications and Engagement team. We ensure our patients, colleagues and stakeholders understand the services offered by the Trust, understand our vision, values and aims, are able to influence services and are well-informed and engaged in the work of the Trust. We are a newly formed communications and engagement team and we're looking for a dynamic and creative Communications Assistant to join us. You will support on several organisational wide communications and engagement programmes of activity, projects and priorities, spanning internal and external communications. Main duties of the job As an excellent communicator you will be expected to use your copy writing skills, support social media activity, website and intranet work and help organise a series of events to support our organisational strategies. Your outstanding people skills mean that you will be able to play a key role in establishing positive working relationships quickly at all levels of the organisation. You will easily be able to manage a busy workload, responding to conflicting priorities as required.
