This position would suit a Graduate who is keen to adapt in a 360 recruitment environment, or someone with a different sales background who is keen to transfer to a more rewarding role, where there is a great opportunity for progression.
The ideal candidate will excel in this position if they are keen to pick up training well and implement the skills into their day to day sales activities. You will develop the knowledge to successfully aid recruiting efforts and fulfill our Client's needs by matching Candidates to the company's recruiting needs. In order to do so you will need to be able to source and qualify leads to convert these into live vacancies which we are targetted to fill and then source profiles that will meet the company's criteria. To be successful, the candidate will have to understand the technical depth of the industries and the company's that they work with, to become and effective talent partner who can help with further positions moving forward.
Responsibilities:
* Undertake the training programme to develop your recruiting skills
* Get to grips with multi-tasking; using emails, working on the database, formatting CV's and being on the phone to both Clients and Candidates
* Follow up on leads to convert into live Vacancies to work; listening to Client's requirements and delivering on these
* Actively source and qualify candidates
* Manage the client's needs and expectations
* Maintain strong relationships in the market and develop these long term
* Work to improve recruitment efficiency
* Work towards monthly and yearly targets
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in any subject or the equivalent Sales experience where there has been a KPI or customer focus
* Be goal / target orientated
* Able to meet strict deadlines
* Be independently motivated
* Team player
* Personable character to work with Clients and Candidates
