Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver high-quality lessons across a range of primary school year groups.
2. Follow lesson plans provided by the school, ensuring that pupils receive engaging and effective learning experiences.
3. Manage classroom behaviour and create a positive, supportive learning environment.
4. Adapt teaching approaches to meet the diverse needs of pupils.
5. Work collaboratively with school staff to maintain consistency and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
6. Provide feedback to the school on the progress of students and any challenges that arise.
Key Requirements:
1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
2. Experience working in primary education (preferred).
3. Excellent classroom management skills.
4. A flexible and adaptable approach to teaching.
5. Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with pupils and staff quickly.
6. A proactive and positive attitude towards work.
