Key Responsibilities:
1. Delivering high-quality personal and social care tailored to each client’s unique needs
2. Assisting clients with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, mobility, and meal preparation
3. Providing companionship and emotional support
4. Supporting medication management and basic healthcare needs
5. For Senior Healthcare Assistants & Nurses: Leading shifts, supporting other team members, and providing clinical care where required
6. Keeping accurate records of care delivered and observing changes in client health
What We’re Looking For:
1. Caring and Compassionate Individuals with a commitment to client-centered care
2. Previous Experience in home care or domiciliary care (preferred but not required for Healthcare Assistants)
3. Full Driving License and access to a vehicle (preferred for ease of travel between client homes)
4. NVQ Level 2/3 in Health and Social Care (required for Senior Healthcare Assistants)
5. Registered Nursing Qualification and Active NMC Pin (required for Nurses)

Pay: From £24,880.00 per year
