We'd like you to join us as a Children’s Support Worker at our young clients home in Holbury.
When you'll be working:
1. Waking nights
2. 10pm-7am
3. Full Time: 4 x nights a week
4. 36 hours a week
5. We provide nights Sundays-Fridays (every night except Saturdays)
What you'll be doing:
This role is to support a young boy with complex health needs (our client has a tracheostomy, ventilator and PEG feed) in his family home overnight. This will involve supporting him with his clinical equipment. Full training, shadow shifts and ongoing support will be provided.
