Description Implement and maintain effective reward strategies and policies Lead the annual reward cycle using Successfactors Manage salary benchmarking processes Provide specialist advice on reward issues Develop and manage reward communications Support the wider HR team with projects and initiatives Analyse data to inform reward decisions and strategy Ensure compliance with legislation and best practiceProfile A successful Reward HRBP or Reward Manager should have: Proven experience in a similar role within the professional services industry Ideally proficiency in Successfactors Strong analytical skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A strong understanding of reward strategies and policies The ability to work effectively as part of a teamJob Offer A competitive salary range of approximately £55,500 - £70,000 DOE A flexible work schedule with 3 days on site and 35 hours per week A supportive and inclusive company culture The opportunity to work with a dynamic and experienced HR teamWe encourage all candidates who believe they possess the necessary skills and experience to apply.
