We are looking for a Key Account Manager to build and grow strategic relationships with some of our most important customers and partners.

Key Account Manager The Key Account Manager will oversee the relationships of some of our most important customers, including national pharmacy chains and other corporate partners.
Working closely with the management team, you will be apt in building strong relationships with strategic customers as well as translating our business strategy into account-based initiatives.
You will be able to identify needs and requirements to promote our company’s solutions and achieve mutual satisfaction.
You will also be driven to develop new business, whether with new customers or within existing customers.
You are commercially savvy and able to achieve buy-in with fresh new concepts.
Responsibilities Manage strategic relationships with some of our largest customers, conducting account reviews and implementing account plans to help them achieve their business objectives Upsell and cross-sell new offerings to key customers to achieve roll-out and revenue targets Plan and coordinate client projects, being the main point of contact between our internal team and customers and taking ownership of project delivery
- this role would be expected to own the full cycle of customer discussion, action, delivery, review, repeat, managing these accounts like individual projects with key actions and milestones consistently being achieved Report on KPI both internally and externally, tracking the health of large accounts and devising initiatives to improve engagement Navigate complex organisations and solve challenging problems Develop business with new key customers, proposing and negotiating contracts Work closely with the customer success team to deliver on customer initiative Keep customer-related documents including data reports, contracts, proposals etc organised and up to date Requirements Excellent in-person and written communication skills, comfortable addressing C-suite executives At least 3 years of experience in customer-facing positions such as account management and sales Experience negotiating and reviewing commercial contracts Experience working in a fast-paced environment Proven track record of hitting targets Ability to write great proposals (documents and presentations) Experience working with data and providing reports (Google Sheets, Excel) Excellent organisational and task/time management skills We offer Competitive salary (based on experience) Bonus plan includes share options to allow you to benefit directly from the growth of the business Private health insurance and thousands of pounds worth of health & wellbeing-related perks Growth opportunities within the role Experienced team, fun working environment
