Job Description: Tutor Location: England, South East England, Oxfordshire Job Duties: Provide tailored academic support to students Develop lesson plans based on student's needs Assist students in understanding subject matter Assess student progress and provide feedback Encourage student engagement and participation Required Qualifications: Relevant degree in Education or related field Teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE) Experience in tutoring or teaching Education: Degree in Education or related field Experience: Prior tutoring or teaching experience Knowledge and Skills: Strong understanding of educational principles Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit student's learning styles Organisational and time management skills Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in Education Experience working with diverse student populations Working Conditions: Flexible hours, primarily evenings and weekends.
