My clients are looking for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to work within their friendly and busy Commercial Property team.
Commercial Property Solicitor responsibilities and duties are varied, often spanning broad and complex caseloads. They represent a range of clients, advising on matters such as:
1. The sale, purchase and lease of land or property;
2. Development, infrastructure and planning projects;
3. Property finance and investment;
4. Regeneration projects;
5. The drafting, reviewing and negotiation of contracts and leases;
6. Private company acquisitions, joint ventures, and disposals;
Commercial Property Solicitors can expect to act for a wide variety of clients including investors, developers, funders, landlords, high street businesses, media companies and corporate groups.
Commercial properties themselves come in all shapes and sizes. You might find yourself working on cases relating to hotels, high street buildings, small shopping centres, restaurants and any other property or premise used for commercial purposes.

Minimum Requirements:
* A minimum of 3 years PQE is required for this role.
