* Own and drive programs by working closely with development, engineering, operations, and other cross-functional teams.
* Ensure effective stakeholder management with open communication across businesses/stakeholders.
* Develop schedules, identify critical paths, bottlenecks, and maintain execution throughout the duration of programs.
* Support senior leadership in sales and relationship/opportunity management for development and engineering services.
* Demonstrate and execute project goals with satisfying quality, performance, schedule, and budget in a global setup.
Main Duties
* Program Management: Responsible for the overall planning of programs and periodic presentations to program/team leadership.
* Stakeholder Management: Ensure effective communication and management with all stakeholders across different businesses.
* Scheduling and Execution: Develop project schedules, identify critical paths and bottlenecks, and ensure smooth execution throughout the duration of programs.
* Sales Support: Assist senior leadership in managing sales and relationships, and identifying opportunities for development and engineering services.
* Project Management: Demonstrate and execute project goals, ensuring quality, performance, schedule, and budget requirements are met.
* File Management and Diligence: Manage project files and support the project diligence room.
* Design and Proposals: Generate preliminary designs and proposals where appropriate.
* Performance Reporting: Review monthly performance reports from third-party monitoring providers.
Skills
* Strong analytical and MS-Office skills.
* Ability to communicate well in English (written/spoken).
* Team player, process-oriented, self-driven, and enterprising.
* Start-up experience and an entrepreneurial mindset preferred.
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from a premier Indian university preferred.
* Must possess 3-4 years of experience as part of a renewable energy company.
* Experience in business development, sales, market analysis, strategy, and program management.
