As the IMS Administrator you will be responsible for integrated management system document administration for VolkerWessels UK and it's business units, supporting the activities of the other IMS team members. You will be responsible for the follwoing;
Administration of IMS documentation - amendment, creation, formatting and proof reading
Support the IMS team as directed.
Maintenance of the IMS in line with corporate requirements for the control of documents.
Seek opportunities for consolidation of like-for-like documentation across business units, removing the need for individual business unit documents wherever possible.
Development of the IMS to meet the requirements of information management
Periodic checks of IMS use.
Provide general support and guidance on the correct use of management system documentation.
Effectively prioritise tasks, managing time and workload to maximise completion of the above objectives, particularly the amendment of documentationAbout you
Demonstrable achievement in a similar document control or administration role.
