Job Description The Human Resources Business Analyst will act as a mentor to the Human Resources staff and will be influential in shaping the direction of the Human Resources Department. This position will collaborate with the Human Resources and Information Services departments to continuously improve the HR business processes. Required Qualifications Associates Degree or equivalent experience to be substituted for degree requirement; five years office experience; proficiency with computer based systems and programs. Preferred Qualifications Bachelors Degree. Prior Human Resources and/or Information Services experience.
