Key Responsibilities for an Assistant Manager:
* Support the Store Manager in driving sales and achieving store targets.
* Deliver an outstanding fashion retail experience by leading by example on the shop floor.
* Manage daily store operations, including stock control, store merchandising, and team performance.
* Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers.
* Train, motivate, and develop the retail team to ensure high performance.
* Assist in monitoring key performance indicators and reporting to senior management.

* Experience as an Assistant Manager, Supervisor, Keyholder, or Team Leader within a fashion retail or store management environment.
