Customer Service Administrator
Location: Cosham, Portsmouth
Hours: 8am - 5pm
Our client, a well-known automotive company, is looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience, preferably in the automotive sector, although this is not essential.
Key Qualifications:
1. Good communication skills, both over the phone and face to face
2. Ability to manage busy, high-pressure situations
3. Good IT skills
4. Strong administration experience
Key Responsibilities:
1. Loading new claims onto the bodyshop management system, ensuring all information is correct
2. Making initial contact with customers in a confident manner
3. Effectively communicating the correct information to each of our repair centres for claim processing
4. Being a helpful, friendly point of contact
5. Managing queries and seeking information from the repair centre as required
6. Handling correspondence properly
We need an individual who will ensure that all of our customers and clients receive the highest level of customer support and service.
