Key Responsibilities: Develop and configure maintenance plans for Microsoft Azure and Windows environments. Perform backup validation, data protection remediation, and disaster recovery (DR) coordination and testing. Conduct access control checks across Azure and on-premise Active Directory. Monitor systems for capacity, availability, and ensure timely OS patching and upgrades. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent client experiences. Develop standard operating procedures and contribute to cloud platform roadmaps. What You Bring: Expertise in IT, cloud, and user device technologies (e.g., Microsoft Azure, Windows, O365, VMware, Citrix). Experience with patching solutions like Ivanti or similar tools. Knowledge of data protection and backup solutions (e.g., VEEAM, Zerto). Background in proactive maintenance and event management within a monitoring or engineering team. Outstanding communication skills and a client-first attitude. Ambition and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree in IT or a related field (or equivalent experience).
