We are looking for highly motivated, skilled, and reliable Rehabilitation Assistant/Support Worker in the Luton area, LU6. This would be to support a male client with an acquired brain injury. Must be a driver Shift times are as follows: Day shifts 08:00- midnight (any shift worked in these hours would be considered day hours but some may not be for the entire duration of this time frame) Night shifts (these are sleep ins) 00:00-08:00 You will need: Excellent communication skills Being able to set boundaries Fluent English A strong-willed Character with the ability to show empathy and a consistent approach to behaviours presented A good understanding and knowledge about complex behaviour and brain injury.
