We are thrilled to offer exciting opportunities for those living in our properties who are seeking to gain valuable workplace experience and kickstart their career RWP is the supported living service within Progress Housing Group, providing homes for tenants with autism and learning disabilities where they can remain as independent as possible while receiving the support they need. We are currently looking for a passionate individual to join our team as a RWP Project Assistant. The RWP Project Assistant will provide assistance to our Performance and Planning team by carrying out administrative tasks that support ongoing project work to continually improve our services. This role is a Brighter Futures role. Brighter futures is a funded scheme from the Community investment fund, designed to help tenants living in a Progress Group property to gain work experience and skills to improve their long term employment prospects. Brighter Futures roles are designed to provide up to 6 months of paid work experience, with a commitment of 25 hours per week at the Voluntary Living Wage. Due to funding, if you have participated under the Brighter Futures programme previously, you won’t be considered for another placement. As the RWP Project Assistant, you will provide a wide range of administrative support including data entry, creating documents and training materials, and supporting project meetings.
