Job Description
Job Duties:
* Provide support and assistance to classroom teachers in delivering lessons and activities
* Work with individual students or small groups to reinforce learning concepts
* Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for students with special educational needs
* Help create and maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment
* Support students with emotional or behavioural difficulties
Required Qualifications:
* Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
* Good understanding of the UK education system
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Education:
* GCSEs in English and Maths or equivalent qualifications
Experience:
* Prior experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role
* Experience supporting students with special educational needs
Knowledge and Skills:
* Knowledge of various teaching strategies and learning styles
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team
* Strong organisational skills
Preferred Qualifications:
* First Aid certification
* Training in safeguarding and child protection
Working Conditions:
* Full-Time hours, temporary position with the view of going permanent shortly after
* Work within a school environment
* Potential exposure to challenging behaviours

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
