Sodexo Live is thrilled to announce that we are seeking a talented and dynamic Marketing Executive to join our team at London’s newest waterside destination, Fulham Pier As a Marketing Executive at Fulham Pier, you will be responsible for assisting the Head of Marketing and the wider marketing team in implementing key elements of our comprehensive 360-marketing plan. Your remit will include coordinating marketing campaigns, developing marketing materials, conducting market research, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and brand guidelines. You will also assist in creating and managing social media content, supporting our sales & events team and working with our brand partners and suppliers to deliver best in class food and beverage experiences. Additionally, you will be expected to be visible in the local community, building relationships through attendance at networking and engagement events. Whether it’s saluting the sun in the morning with riverfront yoga or toasting the night with a magical cocktail we are building a playground for the senses MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in the planning and execution of both B2B and B2C marketing campaigns, including programmed events, C&E (conferences & events), restaurant, and retail promotions. Work closely with the Head of Marketing and other stakeholders to build and maintain a marketing content calendar, ensuring the timely delivery of social media content, email marketing campaigns, and digital advertisements. Support the production of marketing materials by liaising with agencies and vendors for creative outputs, ensuring these meet brand guidelines. Assist in tracking and reporting on campaign performance metrics, including web traffic, social media engagement, and email performance. Provide logistical support for event activations, trade shows, and in-venue marketing activities. Collaborate with the sales and cultural events teams to ensure marketing assets align with key sales initiatives and customer offerings. Work with the Head of Guest Experience to utilise customer feedback tools and surveys to garner insights that help to maintain customer satisfaction and engagement. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE You will have previous experience of working in a marketing role, ideally within the hospitality or food and beverage sectors. You will be able todemonstrate strong collaboration skills, creative problem-solving abilities, and have an understanding of both the B2B and B2C markets. You will also have: Experience working on either B2B or B2C marketing initiatives, with an understanding of campaign development and execution. A good understanding of digital marketing platforms (e.g., social media, email marketing, SEO) and experience in managing marketing tools such as CRM systems. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external suppliers. Analytical skills, with the ability to interpret marketing data and provide insights to optimise future campaigns. A strong eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work within tight deadlines. The ability to manage multiple projects, prioritising tasks effectively. Proficiency in basic marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, email marketing platforms).
