Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead and grow our ITAD services. This role is pivotal in driving new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and positioning iGo Life as a leader in the ITAD market.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales or business development, particularly in ITAD or related technology services, and a passion for sustainability and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
* Strategic Business Development:
* Identify and target new business opportunities within the ITAD sector.
* Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets.
* Client Relationship Management:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs.
* Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, delivering exceptional customer service.
* Market Research and Insights:
* Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies in ITAD.
* Provide insights and recommendations to improve iGo Life’s service offerings.
* Proposal Development and Negotiation:
* Create tailored proposals for prospective clients.
* Negotiate contracts and pricing to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
* Collaboration and Reporting:
* Work closely with internal teams, including operations and marketing, to align sales/collection strategies with company goals.
* Regularly report on sales & collections performance, pipeline activity, and market insights to senior management.
Essential Skills and Experience
* Proven track record in business development, preferably within the ITAD, IT services, or technology sector.
* Strong understanding of IT lifecycle management, data security, and environmental compliance.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
* Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
* Experience using CRM tools and managing sales pipelines.
* Knowledge of sustainability and circular economy principles is highly desirable.
