The role:
1. Invoicing
2. Preparation of bank reconciliations
3. Accounts receivable/Accounts payable
4. Tax filings, general office assistance and dealing with customs
5. Update and maintain accurate records in relation to client and supplier records
6. Employee HR and training records and Company databases
What we’re looking for:
1. 3 - 5+ years’ experience in a busy office environment, in an office administrative role required.
2. Demonstrate proficiency and experience in the use of a range of software applications (including MS Office and Xero or similar, web usage, template website updates, online company profiles and listings, and social media)
3. Experience working in bookkeeping and using financial software packages will be considered an advantage.
