Ward/Dept: Community Neurological Team Stroke or Outpatient
Hours: Full time Up to 37.5 hours per week, will accept part-time
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday Staff can choose days if part-time working
Flexible working pattern within core working hours. No earlier start than 8 am and no later finish than 5 pm.

HCT have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Occupational Therapist/Physiotherapist to work in their friendly community neurological rehabilitation team. You would be working closely with your AHP colleagues to deliver high quality care to patients with neurological conditions.
This role is to support the delivery of community neuro rehabilitation to patients within clinics and wider community settings.

1. Provide OT/PT assessment to neurological patients with diverse physical and cognitive presentations, and deliver an individualised treatment programme, in clinic, patients' homes, and community settings.
2. Undertake a clinical caseload to a high professional standard, using knowledge and skills from theoretical and practical experience.

Qualifications
* HCPC registered
* Occupational Therapy/Physiotherapy degree or equivalent
* Experience of working with community/stroke/outpatients
* UK Driving License/Use of a car for work essential
